An album that spins at a thousand miles an hour. A sonic war machine. Extremely well-rehearsed, reminiscent of the best New York punk funk (Contorsions), at times it glances at the Sex Pistols, with a lead singer that brings to mind Richard Hell or the desperate, choked voices of the English wave. A sonic bomb that, amidst impeccable accelerations and "in your face" choruses, OI OI style, suddenly hits us with instrumental bridges that have the ability to go anywhere, as if it were an improvisation with eyes closed, where the band bounces wisely between indie, punk, psychedelia, and much more with pure jazz attitude.

Summary by Bot

Dear Bongo’s album Unfullfilled is a high-energy fusion of punk funk reminiscent of New York’s Contortions, with raw, intense vocals resembling Richard Hell. The album delivers sharp, aggressive choruses and surprising instrumental breaks that blend indie, punk, psychedelia, and jazz influences. It showcases a well-rehearsed band adept at rapid shifts and improvisation. Overall, a sonic experience that balances aggressive punk tones with experimental musicality.
