It was way back in 1990 when a very young Dannii Minogue wanted to win back that slice of the audience that her sister Kylie Minogue had gradually taken from her. So, first and foremost, she decided to leave her distant Australia, just like Kylie did, and moved to London where she met several producers with whom she worked on her first single titled "Love & Kissess".

"Love & Kissess" was included in Dannii's first album, which was released in various versions: in 1990, "Party Jam" was released, and in 1991, both "Love & Kissess" and "Love and Kissess and"; in short, the beginning of her career went very well, especially in London, where the single reached the number 8 spot during that time.

"Love & Kissess" is a pop song with some R&B atmospheres of the early '90s. Dannii's voice was not what it is today, as you could tell she was still very young. As for the video, there's no need to elaborate; chubby, the look was masculine, the moves almost absent, a low budget; in short, the video was truly dreadful.

What must be emphasized is that this song recently celebrated 23 years of existence, which is no small feat. Sure, here with us, this song didn't achieve the success of "I Begin to Wonder" from 2003, but even Dannii Minogue had her beginning that we remember fondly.

"Love and Kisses," the first single from the album, does its job and makes you dance.

In the UK, 'Love & Kisses' went straight to number 8 on the album charts, far from a flop.
