12 years of history between dance parties, costumes, video cartoons, robot stories for this French duo that still seeks new ways to astound their fans and tech-house enthusiasts.

12 years of history in 3 albums (perhaps a bit few) but what albums!! 3 different styles but all combined in a completely original Daft vision: "Homework" beautiful, heavy, physical, underground, and funky; "Discovery" house, pop, physical, and romantic; "Human After All" minimalist, rock, techno, and robotic.

Perhaps the music world has overrated them too much, but in compensation, they have paved the way for the French-Touch for other groups like "Air" and "Cassius," enriching the history of music videos with some highly original shorts, cartoon-musicals, and robot-fiction.
A great compilation where you can satisfy your ears and your eyes: a CD rich in hits (15 tracks for about 75 minutes) and a DVD with a good number of cult videos. Great "Musique" on the dance floors and "Da Funk" with its street vocation. And "Around The World"? What to say about a dance classic like this.

"One More Time" was the No. 1 on dance charts worldwide for many weeks, and "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" is an excellent blend of house and pop-rock. Even the robotic and minimalist soul of "Robot Rock" and "Human After All" couldn't be missed to conclude the listen and encapsulate the Daft world from how it was to how it is today.

The DVD is bomb-proof, including even the unpublished video of "The Prime Time Of Your Life." The compilation is definitely worth buying if you've never sampled the trends of this duo (obviously if you love dance), but if you have "Homework" and "Discovery," forget it.
