COS is a Belgian progressive rock and jazz-fusion group from Brussels, formed in 1973 by composer-guitarist Daniel Schell out of the earlier band Classroom, featuring vocalist Pascale Son. Active through the late 1970s, COS crafted a Canterbury-influenced sound across albums including Postaeolian Train Robbery (1974), Viva Boma (1976), Babel (1978), and Swiss Chalet (1979).
