CLOUDE – NOTTE VIVA (self-produced)

Cloude, stage name of Claudio Calcagno (born September 12, 1983), is an Italian rapper active in the hip hop scene since the late '90s. His first approach to music happened within the collective Lato Oscuro (1999/2000). In short, Cloude is definitely not a troublemaker or a member of a baby gang, given his age and especially his 25+ years of experience and life lived within the rap scene. Over the years, he has collaborated with prominent artists in the Italian scene such as Nandu Popu (Sud Sound System), Blue Virus, D-Ross, Startuffo, Soul Sarah, and Gaetano Pellino. With three solo albums under his belt (Pioggia Sporca, Ogni Maledetto Weekend, and Resta Con Me), he presents himself today, 2025, with a new solo album that clearly showcases all his cultural and musical background. The album indeed, alongside the never predictable rap rhymes and an impeccable flow, incorporates everything that has crossed his mind. Techno, funk, soul, but above all, that pop vein that explodes in every track of this album makes it certainly more mainstream than some underground productions, but also more catchy for a more mainstream audience.
