Circle II Circle is an American heavy/power metal band formed in 2001 by former Savatage vocalist Zak Stevens in Tampa, Florida. Their debut, Watching in Silence (2003), featured songwriting contributions from Jon Oliva and Chris Caffery, and the group continued with acclaimed releases blending melodic hooks and metal heft.
