Botanica

Botanica is a New York band led by keyboardist/singer Paul Wallfisch (ex‑Firewater). Across roughly a decade of activity leading up to 2010, they crafted baroque‑tinged rock and pop that folds in gypsy, chamber, post‑punk, and punk‑cabaret elements. Their sixth album, Who You Are, was released in February 2010 on the German indie label Rent A Dog. Collaborations include drummer Brian Viglione, and a Botanica song appears in the 2002 film Dummy.
