Blues Traveler

Blues Traveler is an American rock band formed in 1987 in Princeton, New Jersey, led by singer and harmonica player John Popper. Associated with the 1990s jam-band wave, they are known for extended improvisations and Popper’s virtuosic harmonica. They broke through with the multi-platinum album four (1994), featuring the Grammy-winning hit Run-Around and the single Hook. The band also appeared as themselves in Blues Brothers 2000.
