THE REVIEW

I have no intention of writing or dealing with this place anymore, so let's call it round numbers and close up shop.

The writing will be brief and incomplete, but anyway, you don't care: let's proceed.

"Three Nights" is the second track on the B-side of "My War," the dawn of grunge and sludge. I chose it because it represents my life and my feelings during this period. I want you to feel like you make me feel, now, now, NOW...

It starts slowly like "Scream" and then transitions into a saint-vitus-like sound with Rollins spewing anger and hatred towards himself and everyone... My life is a piece of shit that got caught in my shoe, and I've been grinding that stink into the dirt. A proto-sludge almost romantic in its desperation, up to the feral screams with which the group in the '80s destroyed stages and garages... STICK ME NOW!

Goodbye forever; I won’t be fooled again; there's no point in being somewhere if you're one of the best but no one recognizes you as such, if by now it’s a whole self-referential clique that just wants to look good and gets by like that. I have other things in life, I won't waste any more time here. I’ve already said this multiple times, but this is the final one, I've had enough of eating shit.

The review is over, put 5 on it, Gate wrote it, actually put 1, at least we end with consistency.
