YES! HERE WE GO AGAIN GIVE YOU MORE NOTHING LESSER!!!
The Godzilla of Hip-Hop are back! Here the "double H science" becomes true verb, here we do not joke around at all, here the energies have not been lost. Indeed. We move beyond, we return to the microphone, nothing stops them!
The trailblazer, and first single accompanied by a hilarious video, incites disaster: "Make Some Noise" is old skool dancing on incredibly acid synths, it becomes a manifesto in the refrain, MCA holds the mirror to the right to party telling us that in 2011 they make noise for our motherfuckin' right to fight!
There is no respite, Godzilla devours the NY buildings with "Nonstop Disco Powerpack", minimalist, and the way all three of them stay under the beat is terrifying! They stomp on it and take it over! It's a more "bastard" record, with tight rhythms and fierce rap, for one reason or another, and "Say It" is true jumpdafuckup that distorts the speakers! The tracks are played, the drums are truly "big", the guitars cut and it feels like returning to the gem that was "Ill Communication", and it shows that you can't easily shake off the HC with "Lee Majors Come Again", a fast and crooked punk lash.
Two guests. First: NAS who in the fierce "Too Many Rappers" warns everyone that he and BB cut your face with rhymes. Second: a fantastic Santigold in the "Jamaican" "Don’t Play No Game That I Can't Win", the most "detached" chapter of the whole record.
Can I say I also liked the artwork? Yes, I say it, it's awesome.
TOO MANY RAPPERS, AND THERE'S STILL NOT ENOUGH MC'. It's truly true.
