LA RECENSIONE

Let's take a look at the Pokedex: Tom's Diner is a single by the American singer-songwriter Suzanne Vega, the third release from her second studio album Solitude Standing, published in 1987 by A&M Records.

But the story of the first time I heard this song originates from a group in Rome. Things were fine until one of them decided to go independent, and in 2013 "On The Corner" by Gemitaiz came out with an instrumental by Bassi Maestro.

The instrumental is catchy, but no one knows the secretive track they used for the Mixtape. Its name is "Tom's Diner" by Suzanne Vega. I intend to repeat the history, to ensure that what I felt when I heard this song is relived, now that I just need to turn on the radio and use Shazam. Open the plugins and write the notes... A female voice resonates in the air, she's humming along to the beat. Her voice will remain immortal, just like the words "On The Corner"...
