AMM is a British experimental music group founded in 1966, noted as a leading ensemble in electroacoustic improvisation. Lineups have included Keith Rowe, Lou Gare, Cornelius Cardew, Lawrence Sheaff, Christopher Hobbs, Eddie Prévost and John Tilbury. Their approach emphasises unprepared, collective improvisation and exploration of sound.
