2010.
I'm a big fan of the Australian kangaroo-rockers reviewed here and I find myself truly embarrassed by an album like this:
It's not a compilation.
It's not a soundtrack, or rather only two tracks are present in the film in question: the first and the last (both in the album and in the film) "Shoot To Thrill" and "Highway To Hell".
Ok it’s 15 AC/DC classics, but who cares? At least another 20 are missing for a decent compilation, but it wasn't a compilation, right?
Boh, I don't know what to think.
It's as useless as "Who Made Who" which was also an album taken from a soundtrack, and perhaps the sadness is greater now, because "Who Made Who" was from 1986 and it was assumed that certain commercial operations were unrepeatable... and moreover, it had at least 3 unreleased tracks, this one doesn't.
It’s worth noting that the 15 tracks of "Iron Man 2" are all different from the 9 of "Who Made Who" as if done on purpose... maybe in the future, another film will come out with a soundtrack (or not) by AC/DC with yet different tracks so finally the complete triple compilation of the three films will come out to the despair of all the fans.
Don't buy it unless you collect everything by AC/DC.
