  Was Eratosthenes the Greek the one who, among other things, discovered a method to calculate the size of the Earth and its sphericity?
  I’m not sure if this is the right place for that. Here we have greater appreciation for flat-earthers, moon landing conspiracy theorists, general "gomplottisti", no-sic, obviously no-vax, Qannon and plenty of other lovely people....
