LA RECENSIONE

The methodical flow of drones in deflagration expands austere and sublimates into calibrated chaos. The sustained pace of psychedelic roars presses towards a leap, beyond which it abandons itself among multiple articulated sound layers. Delivering systematic blows of distortions to offer regular noise textures. Tension!

The melodic progression never yields to noise even though it is the core and the immobile support of the musical staging. One of the most beautiful releases of 2010 is the result of an American duo that disbanded two years earlier. Nothing is left to chance: geometric. My suggestion is to follow its explosive but composed movement. My recommendation is to pay attention to the linearity: there is a risk of not being able to bend anymore. Serial murders of sick minds, incapable of feeling emotions during the crime; premeditated noisy and repetitive violence. Two albums always balancing between instinct and drive.

If all this is not enough, there is the possibility to let oneself go to imagination dreaming of a cosmic void leap without a run-up.
