THE REVIEW

Good afternoon everyone, today I am with, as I have been for a few days already, a truly beautiful album—not a masterpiece, but definitely not one to be forgotten.

The album in question is "In Rock We Trust" by the legendary Y&T, one of those bands of pure Hard Rock that stood out in the rock scene in the early '80s when among the rockers and various metalheads, bands like Iron Maiden, Saxon, Judas Priest, etc., were in vogue. However, they never strayed from their genre—a Hard Rock very similar to the '70s style yet always pleasant and thoroughly enjoyable. Plus, Meniketti's voice is always beautiful and raspy. Now, let's move on to an approximate analysis of the album.

The tracks are all smooth, fast, and certainly don't disappoint a listener who enjoys the genre leaning towards more melodic Hard and Hair Metal. In fact, tracks like Don't Stop Running, a major showstopper from start to finish, Break Out The Night, Master And Slaves, and the ballad This Time are, in my opinion, the best pieces of the album which remain more memorable to the listener, without taking away from the delightful Lipstick And Leather and Life, Life, Life, the remaining tracks.

An album to listen to for fans of the genre and those who are very musically open-minded, a record not to miss, best enjoyed sitting on an armchair thinking only of entering a world of good music and not crappy stuff made and played carelessly, so listen to it, and you won't be disappointed.

Have fun and enjoy listening Yeahhh!!!
