An unexpected emerging band from the Southern Italy scene. Talent, inspiration, technique, and psychedelia blend seamlessly in this EP signed by Wide. A young, fresh band but nostalgic of the post 60's rock traditions.

The tracks flow pleasantly to the ear, like a glass of good red wine.

1. Cenere (Nelle tue mani)
Intimate lyrics with references to a story that ended in the worst possible way. There are strong hints of abandonment, and the most intriguing aspect of the lyrics is represented by the delicate references to drug use, a perspective that often emerges after the end of a strong emotion. (Disintegrated ash/on the mirror of memories/I inhale you in search of strong emotions/clarity suffers from astonishing reality/but it is the only way to erase dreams), from melancholic Anglo-influenced verses and bridges, it flows into a resolving chorus, with little hope but lots of dreams... a huge, magnificent track.

2. Torno in me
A cheerful song but one that does not lack powerful verbal insights. The sound is very detailed, the voice reaches remarkable interpretative peaks. This chorus is also fit for a radio hit, as the professionals would say.

3. Prigione di carta
A refined rock scream in its brazenness. The typical outburst of someone who has realized they made the right choice and that regret is just a burden not worth listening to. Powerful riffs, a strong vocal presence that takes the lead in this magnificent blaze of anger and youth that looks at life with the eye of someone who knows the best is yet to come. An interesting psychedelic interlude falls midway through the track, like a ramp softly opening the doors to an energetic electric guitar solo. The final ride is worthy of the best '70s years.

4. Nostalgia
The highlight of the album. The "alcoholic" opening contrasts with the unfolding guitars of the chorus. The lyrics are singable and especially very engaging. The sound caresses psychedelia, particularly in the tail. All mixed with a vocal presence that is as flashy as it is subtle.

5. Far from fakery
Indefinable. Pure madness. Total freedom.

Overall judgment: for the age of the musicians at the time of recording, this is a truly admirable album, worthy of the note of the most expert connoisseurs and "tasters" of melodies and notes.
