Inside The Electric Circus

"Inside The Electric Circus" was released in 1986, a year after the excellent "The Last Command" on Capitol Records, the band is experiencing its moments of glory thanks to the success achieved with the previous albums, so this record meant another step for them to establish themselves as one of the best bands of the eighties. And they succeed admirably, if not perfectly.

The album this time will play on a type of softer sound than its predecessors but still gritty and wild as I like, and precisely for this characteristic, I consider it a milestone of their discography. It begins with "The Big Welcome", a one-minute track that will introduce us to W.A.S.P.'s electric circus, and then we arrive at the gritty Title Track from which we can immediately understand what the CD is made of, also beautiful is "I Don't Need No Doctor", a metal version of Ray Charles's original song. This leads us to one of the major peaks of the album in question, namely the song "9-5-Nasty", truly wild and aggressive, moving on to "Shoot From The Hip", "Mantronic", "The King Of Sodoma And Gomorra", arriving smoothly and satisfied at the closure of our acrobatic circus entrusted to the song "The Rock Rolls On".

Upon leaving the circus, I found myself saying that I would gladly experience this again, and indeed it has been and still is, as a true fan of the band, I highly recommend you buy tickets for this circus, you will be fascinated, if you look closely at the stands on the left side, I'm sure you will also manage to see me. Come quickly, come in large numbers!!
