Walter Carl Becker (1950–2017) was an American musician, songwriter, record producer and co-founder of Steely Dan, known for bass, guitar and songwriting.

Co-founded Steely Dan with Donald Fagen; released solo albums including 11 Tracks Of Whack (1994) and Circus Money (2008). Becker was active from the late 1960s until his death in 2017.
