THE REVIEW

The Vinnie Vincent Invasion released their second album back in 1988, following their debut two years earlier. The group's style is similar to many bands from the '80s that presented a hard-rock sound combined with glam attitudes and costumes. However, in the album "All Systems Go", we find some gems of great value: "Dirty Rhythm" and "Ecstasy", just to name two. The other tracks tread familiar territory for most, supported by a massive dose of riffs (as in the case of the opener "Ashes To Ashes", in "Naughty Naughty", or in "Burn"). A special mention goes to "Love Kills", a wonderful love song that combines melody with a good dose of hard rock (this track was also part of Nightmare IV). In short, this album does not add anything new to the '80s glam-rock scene, yet it could be of particular interest to fans of Kiss and glam in general.

Line-Up:
Vinnie Vincent - Guitar
Dana Strum - Bass
Bobby Rock - Drums
Mark Slaughter - Vocals
