Ingredients:
1 beat-friendly environment
1 CD player
1 open-mindedness (predisposition)
Various similar individuals
2 large sofas (optional)
These are the ingredients (as we read from the cover) to enjoy this compilation, born from the inexhaustible creativity of LTJ Bukem, in the Cookin' Records variant. A collection with a retro taste, made by artists almost unknown, at least to yours truly.
That "old school" taste so beloved by the Beastie Boys when they play with analog instruments and produce tracks with a flavor reminiscent of the Starsky and Hutch theme, skillfully distributed throughout the album's tracks.
The true masterpiece is the second track, "Liquid Sky" by Nebo, a sort of very rhythmic chant drenched in grooves that make your stereo's bass vibrate consistently.
Reading inside the cover, under the "method" section, we find two useful tips that we tried to replicate:
1. progressively increase the volume until you make the mixer boil.
2. Repeat if necessary.
Greetings to my neighbors. ...and to yours too!
