For Hard Rock music lovers, it should definitely not be difficult to connect masterpieces like "Jump" to the two brothers Eddie and Alex. An American band that marked its presence in the history of rock music. Their success was due to their style, a technique somewhat hinted at by other groups but not yet perfected: a mix of joy and fun with the energy and adrenaline of hard rock music.
David Lee Roth on vocals was eventually replaced by Sammy Hagar in the '80s, who in turn was replaced by Gary Cherone in the '90s, who didn't stay long with Van Halen due to Eddie's health problems. Rediscoverer or inventor of the tapping technique? Some support one hypothesis and others the other, but his technique, his fingers on the neck, gave us the masterpiece "Eruption" which Eddie delighted in live performances with his eyes closed and a lit cigarette between the strings of the guitar.
"Fair Warning" wasn't the gem of VH but I still consider it today a fantastic album, full of energy and adrenaline, with fun melodies and typical '80s USA rock'n roll. It's difficult to make a complete analysis of the track list (9 titles) but I assure you all of them have excellent riffs, great outbursts, great screams, tough melody, and plenty of technique also from the drums.
