Rating: bimbincucina marks the return of Valeria Rossi to the music scene after a full 10 years since the second album Osservi l'aria, about which you can find my review along with a cover!!!!!!!!!!!!
This album is very catchy and rhythmic, with beautiful and moving melodies. The only drawback is that you can’t understand a damn thing about the recipes, so you might start with the intention of making pasta alla lemuresca and end up cooking fried clams.
There is also a music video for pasta alla lemuresca which shares the same base as mamma ke fame ke ho but with different lyrics...
The CD also includes a book where the recipes are much clearer, so it compensates for the previously mentioned problem!!!!! Well done Valeria, you are my life, you are beautiful and talented, and your recipes are very delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And what else can I say folks, that's all, listen to the CD which you can also find on Spotify where you can also find my latest studio album ONLY ME, just search for Suorah Only Me and you’ll find it, but still, listen to bimbincucina first because I repeat, it’s very good.
Then I want to give a special mention to turbo fiore, a track with a dance flavor and rhythm with many electronic melodies and some very special high-quality effects like prosciutto, since we're on the topic of food and it’s only right to mention prosciutto, whether cooked or raw, although I don’t like bresaola!!!!
