THE REVIEW

Sleep Valentina, sleep. Rest your sweet head on the pillow along with your copper hair, and fall asleep. Dream Valentina, dream. Thanks to Fosbury Records, your dream will last almost 40 minutes, divided into twelve moments of absolute poetry, where a singing almost recited between De Andrè, Nick Cave, and Federico Fiumani, will make love with decadent, erotic, and sensual atmospheres, colored by delicate arpeggios, fascinating and original lyrics, and disrupted by broken rhythms and sonic explosions (Sonic Youth, Marlene Kuntz, Massimo Volume).

The initial moments will be enough for you to escape from an indifferent reality and to make you moan, shouting on the verge of orgasm "masterpiece!". During a "Dress Rehearsal", you will receive the most beautiful love declaration of your life (I love you more than my hard cock about to explode). They will point "A colt" at your heart, and you won’t feel important anymore (In perspective, you get used to everything, even normality, you’re not that special, believe me, it’s just psychotherapy on Wednesdays, and nobody bleeds here). You will travel back in time to the sixties, finding yourself on a movie set with "Young Claudia Cardinale". Then you will witness an almost fatal accident inside a "Ford", where metal sheets and glass will tear apart through distorted guitar riffs along with suffering phrases (you were not there, you are not here, and you will never be!), subsequently meeting your friend "Vanessa", desperate under a noise-rock rage you hadn't seen since "Il vile" (Marlene Kuntz).

You will sweat, but then you will wash yourself under a dark and pouring rain of melancholic and enveloping sounds. I do not intend to tell you everything because I don't want to spoil the pleasure, but in the end, you will discover that what I've revealed to you so far resembles your face in black and white, sculpted on a cold digital medium. You will find yourself holding the "Siberia" (Diaframma) of the two thousand, and with the awareness that beauty is also Italian.
