YEAHHH!!! HELLO EVERYONE, THIS IS MY VERY FIRST REVIEW AND I HOPE YOU LIKE IT OTHERWISE OH WELL!
I'M GOING TO START TELLING YOU ABOUT THIS TRIP, WHICH SOME MAY NOT LIKE, BUT I'LL TRY TO BE BRIEF AND DIRECT.
WE ARE BACK IN 1989, WHEN GRANDPA UDO GAVE BIRTH TO HIS SECOND GEM, NAMELY "MEAN MACHINE" AND WHAT DO YOU SAY, DO YOU WANT ME TO TELL YOU ABOUT IT?
OK! Let's start by saying that Udo has always loved the classic Teutonic Heavy Metal that he spread all over the world with his former Accept, with whom he had great success and dropped Atomic Bombs on earth like Balls To The Wall, Metal Heart, Russian Roulette, Restless And Wild, and Breaker, but let's return to the lovely Grandpa Udo with his "Mean Machine". Right from the first track, there's nothing new to see, the classic war Heavy Metal with Don't Look Back and Break The Rules, but let's get to the Title Track, which doesn't change much from the first two and so on until Streets On Fire, and then our idol takes a little break with the very pleasant Lost Passion and Sweet Little Child, which in my opinion is a bit boring, but right after that, we return with the gallop of Catch My Fall and the very short final track with the strange title listening to the mix of sounds that compose it "Still In Love With You".
The album is definitely less fitting than the first ANIMAL HOUSE, but it is pleasing to the ears of enthusiasts and creates a certain fun in listening to these very similar tracks, as seen in all Udo's albums, namely the consistency of always using the same formula, but that will prove to be always winning and that will lead the METALLER to have great success throughout his career.
GREAT UDO!!!
PS: the new steelhammer is beautiful!!!
