Shinigami are the gods of death.
They do not live on planet Earth, they live on their own planet, where is unknown.
Shinigami are practically immortal and they get bored.
They are fascinated by humans. For this reason, one day, one of them, Ryuk, decides to drop a Death Note on Earth, a notebook of death.
If you write the first and last name of a person in the death note while also picturing their face, that person dies.
Ryuk's notebook is found by Light Yagami, a model student in Japan, in fact, he is the best student in Japan…
Death Note is an anime based on a Manga (2007-2008) that is among the most beloved in Japan.
The anime consists of 37 episodes of approximately 20 minutes each.
What can I say, it was recommended to me and I watched it on Netflix.
Wonderful, nothing to add.
From the drawings to the colors, from the characters to the story, everything captivates and enchants, entertains and amazes. It has all the typical ingredients of a Japanese anime.
The story, in the most typical eastern style, grows and becomes more complex but does not overflow as sometimes happens. It manages, although the premise is supernatural, to remain on tracks of plausibility and coherence.
Light, as he writes in the notebook, as he kills people simply by writing their names in the notebook, becomes increasingly aware of his power and he must be stopped at all costs, but how?
A certain L will get in his way, and their challenge will be legendary.
There would be much to say, but it's not my field. I'm not a fan of manga and anime, but this Death Note is superb and stays imprinted forever.
Unmissable.
