Ugly!

A predictable, utterly boring film that drags on tiredly without a spark, without a surprise, without a single plot twist!

How many times will we have to see the supervillain becoming one because he was abused as a child, is dirt poor, nobody cares about him, and he's not getting laid?

But isn't it possible, and in real life, isn't it really so, that the villain is bad just because he's actually a jerk?

How many times will we still have to watch Batman's dad die?

And while we're at it, how can an old geezer and an old hag have such a young child?

How can anyone call this film a masterpiece and nominate it for 100,000 Oscar awards?

These are some nice mysteries.

Joaquin Phoenix’s amazing performance alone is enough to make it a good film.

"The city is burning, isn’t it beautiful?" captures the film's dangerous yet captivating social critique.

Every morning in Gotham City when the sun rises, a man wakes up and dies. Arthur Fleck is already dead.

If Joaquin Phoenix doesn’t win the Oscar with this film, I don’t know what more he has to do to get that damn statuette he’s been trying to win for years now.

One of the best films of the year.

 Joaquin Phoenix is perfect.

Joker is a mask of pain and marginalization, he is the man pushed to the brink by a life of humiliations and illness.

He is the macabre spectacle in the mind of a lonely anti-hero, of an abandoned patient.
