After a series of remix albums, Timo Maas presents himself with this "Meisterwerk." The term should not be understood in a superlative way but simply as a descriptor of the work. 72 minutes of dance music for exquisite tastes. These are songs that could be used for everything from TV commercials to the film scores of spy movies. The best track on the album is undoubtedly "O.C.B." with the contribution of guitarist Malte Hagemeister. The song is reminiscent of New Order. Great. "To Get Down" is also beautiful, with really catchy guitar riffs. Some guest stars add depth to the album, in case it didn't have enough (Kelis and Finley Quaye). The trance track titled "Manga" is beautiful, as is the sophisticated "We Are Nothing." Ambient nuances for the track "Bad Days." In short, imagine yourself in Ibiza, sitting on a bar terrace, not wanting to sauna in one of the 1000 clubs, you just want to sit there, drink a beer, and listen to something that reminds you of the rave atmosphere—Timo Maas, indeed...
