From the countless times this CD has ended up in my stereo, I feel an absolute obligation to review it.

It is a journey without stops, as pleasant as it is spiritually uplifting... it's difficult to find words capable of describing it in its entirety.
The wide range of musical genres explored in its creation makes any type of descriptive approach partial, but the terms that most easily unite the heterogeneous tracks of this album are: "intense", "stylish", "engaging"... causing a fair auditory addiction ;)

18 tracks = 18 different flavors, places, colors, sensations rendered in sound with enviable mastery, marking the various tracks with direct cuts, without too many frills, yet managing (magically) not to interrupt the logical/emotional thread...
The result is enjoyability at 360°, which makes it preferred by many over Kruder & Dorfmeister's "Dj Kicks" (although my preference, for reasons I won't specify, leans slightly towards the latter).

Ultimately, Thievery Corporation achieves a magnificent feat of revisitation/non-stop mixing, rarely reached by the vast majority of DJs who attempt it...

Another stunning daydream, suitable for anyone, skeptics and otherwise, from the "Dj Kicks" series tagged Thievery Corporation.

Byezzz

Ps: THE CHILL OUT IS ON ME!
