THE REVIEW

In principle, I am against zebeszòf. As for the 'Pumpkins', let's not even talk about it. Just buy their complete works, especially 'Siamese Dreams' and 'Mellon Collie'. But for those who are collectors like me, I recommend overlooking the dreadful selection of tracks from the early albums, especially the sequence in which they are proposed. Then, enjoy the unreleased tracks contained in the main CD and the bonus CD (don't buy it without). In total, 18 unreleased tracks, some of which are truly excellent. I recommend the poignant 'Untitled', a ballad with syncopated rhythms as only Jimi Chamberlin can do, with Corgan on acoustic guitar whispering "feel love feel love around". Chills guaranteed. The sound is the incomparable one of 'Siamese Dreams'. Among the 18 unreleased tracks, we point out 'Rock On' on the bonus CD, truly overwhelming, and 'Soot and Star'. For collectors. Rating: 4/5 only for the unreleased tracks.
