The Protomen are an American rock group known for narrative, Mega Man–inspired rock operas and theatrical concept albums.

The band is known for concept albums (notably Act I and Act II) that retell a dystopian story drawing on Mega Man characters; they have a devoted fanbase and a theatrical presentation of their material.
