THE REVIEW

A really beautiful album that comes directly from the Italian independent market. These four guys from Milan had already made themselves heard under the name N.Flunders, with some really not bad self-produced albums. This time they change their name and also find a label willing to give them the big break.
The album starts with "Blind" which really rocks, the guitar blends with the melody and everything becomes a mixture of emotions: anger, joy become one. (A note: the song is receiving decent success on Mtv, thanks to Trl). Then all the other songs come down like a torrent, making you feel like you're not in this too-old Italy, but in some unknown part of the USA watching one of their concerts. They even have fun covering Natalie Imbruglia's "Torn", the song that made her famous. Even if the idea is a bit used... Ever heard "A Thousand Miles" by Vanessa Carlton done by Vanilla Sky?

The New Story's album 'Untold Stories' is a standout from Italy's indie rock scene, marked by emotional tracks blending anger and joy. The band, formerly N.Flunders, takes a big step with a new label. The energetic opening track 'Blind' gained MTV TRL attention, while a unique cover of Natalie Imbruglia's 'Torn' adds charm. Overall, the album transports listeners beyond Italy’s typical music scene.

The New Story, in my opinion one of the best Italian rock bands ever, with the album 'Untold Stories' have demonstrated their actual skill.

Each song is full of energy and meaning, thanks to every single member of the band.
