As this is the only album I have heard from this group, I will not be able to compare it to their other albums, sadly without any reviews.
Well, it falls upon me to undertake this task, as this fantastic album deserves a review.
I won’t describe all the songs, just the ones that impressed me the most, first among them being "Open Up Said The World At The Door", an amazing track of eight minutes featuring elements of jazz (the drum solo, for instance) and classical music alongside sitar and other unusual elements, as well as electric guitars and brilliantly executed little choirs! You will hear such a complex 'cacophony' that it will take more than one listen to fully understand it.
Equally noteworthy is the track "What?", crowned with a certain uneasiness and a sense of resignation that make it a memorable song, obviously with great backing vocals and guitars, with the main voice sounding almost alien thanks to I don’t know what effects.
To conclude, the magnificent "Looking On", which now bursts with energy and virtuosity amid a crescendo of voice and guitar and great piano riffs. A track that will leave you speechless.
Obviously, no less noteworthy are "Turkish Tram Conductor Blues", "When Alice Comes Back to the Farm", "Brontosaurus", and "Feel Too Good," but the aforementioned tracks left me speechless.
So, this is truly an album worth listening to.
