The following is not a true and proper review; I wouldn't have the time nor the right knowledge, but consider it as a recommendation of a band discovered during my evening wanderings, in search of musicians unknown (to me) and different from the usual ones, in order to expand my record collection with new names, which has been in continuous evolution since the '70s, and which has allowed me to "discover" names like Beth Orton, Billy Bragg, Giant Sand, etc., over time.

If anyone, with more time and better information, wants to turn this "note" into a "serious review," it would be surely appreciated... For those who do not know them yet, I am recommending with this note an American band "The Hellecasters", and one of their LPs to listen to "on the road," produced by Michael Nesmith of the Monkees in 1994, where the Fender Telecaster guitars are the true protagonists from start to finish, composed of original tracks and some covers, played by virtuoso sessionmen, including Jerry Donahue (Fairport Convention) and John Jorgenson (Elton John, Bob Dylan, Bob Seger, Luciano Pavarotti, etc.), a renowned multi-instrumentalist and guitarist (steel guitar, mandolin, piano, double bass, clarinet, bassoon, saxophone, etc.). If you like it, it seems to be a well-crafted album worth listening to, certainly not to be considered an absolute masterpiece, but it deserves at least one listen...
