THE REVIEW

It's 1985 when four boys from Boston with a passion for rock decide that it's time for them to make history.

After a somewhat disappointing debut, our heroes come close to perfection with an album that encapsulates an unparalleled mixture of romance, immediacy, and passion in its grooves.

Teetering between Creedence and the Stones, the Del Fuegos act as a watershed between the Boston that was and the Boston that will be (the one, to be clear, of the Pixies and Dinosaur Jr.). Dan and Warren Zanes, respectively vocals and guitar, are the group's fiery soul and, along with the rhythm section, create a perfect chemistry between music and lyrics.

Some of the tracks that will remain etched forever in the history of rock are "I Still Want You" (one of those unforgettable ballads), "Night On The Town" and "Fade To Blue"
