It's difficult to tell you about the two long tracks that bring to life "Easterfaust" by the Scots Cosmic Dead.
It would be like telling you about a movie, about the heavy atmosphere you breathe, the scenes that follow one another, the characters slowly materializing in the dark twists of the plot, the rare changes in mood, the slow start as if searching for a path that, once found, makes us travel fast, with increasingly urgent rhythms, until exhaustion.
On second thought, it wouldn't be difficult. I could talk to you about dark psychedelia with cold metallic cosmic flavors, about reiterations on the edge of electric drone music, about rock-solid bass, about maniacal distortions, about kraut rock, about scorching space rock, about the experience of the very first Loop taken to its extreme consequences. I could pull out a few nice names from the hat, some colorful adjectives, and the job would be done.
But what sense would it make?
It doesn't make much sense to tell you about this music; I could tell you about my feelings, but it must be experienced on one's own skin, it must be tried rather than told.
So I strongly recommend dedicating a fraction of your time to it, and if you want, let me know.
