Two very young Scottish sisters, Eva and Grace Tedeschi, who play guitar and drums and have released a self-titled debut album and three singles.

Released three singles (one with a Christmas theme) and a self-titled debut album; have supported Chime School, Umbrellas, Belle And Sebastian and BMX Bandits.

Reviewer DaniP praises The Cords' self-titled debut as a bright, energetic indie-pop record led by Scottish sisters Eva and Grace Tedeschi. The album is described as short, direct, Ramones-like three-chord songs with occasional shoegaze and ballad detours. Notable tracks mentioned include "Fabulist", "Yes It's True" and "When You Say Goodbye."

For:Fans of indie pop, twee, punk-influenced rock and shoegaze.

The Ramones saved rock’n’roll and carried on for twenty years like a platoon on a mission to defend the front-line trench.
