Terry Callier (born 1945 in Chicago — died October 2012) was an American singer-songwriter and guitarist whose work spans folk, soul and jazz. He released a 1960s folk debut, acclaimed early-70s albums on Cadet (including What Color Is Love), stepped away from music to focus on family and work as a computer programmer, and was later rediscovered and recorded again.

Debut album recorded in the mid-1960s; What Color Is Love was recorded in 1972 for Cadet Records with production/arrangements by Charles Stepney. He was born in Chicago in 1945, worked outside music as a computer programmer during a long hiatus, returned to recording in later decades, and died in October 2012.
