THE REVIEW

Well... what can I say, yet another European band of sick brutal lovers with a passion for prog who fuse the two genres to form a lethal mix of technique and power.

Let's talk about the album:
First of all, this CD is really powerful and brutal, but many brutal lovers might not like it due to an excess of progressiveness in their tracks, each track contains an exorbitant number of odd times and time changes, which I consider really not very catchy (personal opinion even though I like this album).
All 11 tracks are really wicked; the double pedal at full speed, a growl not very powerful and grotesque but very effective, a fast distortion that hammers your brain in every track and a bass that emulates unison in almost all tracks with a slight distortion and everything compressed.

The influences:
Well... I would say that in the album, the influences are not only brutal and prog, indeed, many guitar riffs and drum tempos are based on old thrash style Slayer or Pantera. The theme of the CD is quite varied: from classic Gore themes like death and necrophilia (lol) to the fight against Christian dogmas.
For example, a very particular track is "Church Of Deviance" which is based on a film beginning with a dialogue between a girl and a priest, a very particular and beautiful track...

In general, I consider it a good album, I don't recommend it for classic brutal lovers but for those who want to try something new, yes!!!
