LA RECENSIONE

If you don't love electronic music, avoid listening to this album. But if you do... get comfortable (for now) and be ready to turn up the volume.

Third work by SPACER, a talent discovered and launched by none other than HOWIE B himself, this album will take you to a cosmic dimension. His music indeed seems to have come from another planet, ready to catapult you into hyperspace. At times haunting, at times orchestral: it's frighteningly electronic!
It's not easy to approach this album: it requires multiple listens. But if you manage it, you'll love it very much.

SMILE: starts slow, almost floating, the only track sung by a female voice that gets swept away when the tam tam of a ritual dance begins.
CURSORY RUB absolutely hypnotic dimension (my favorite)
MOVE as the word suggests: fast with a sly look... I imagine that at this point... someone is chasing me and, to avoid being caught, I make a run for it.
HOUSTON is a fusion of free jazz and electro beat with intensely emotional rhythms, difficult to dance to though... while with DARK FADER, slower and more relaxing, you breathe a sigh of relief.
Listening to 2000 your skull cracks in two, out or not out, you're swept away by an obsessive vortex and pray for this track to end soon.
And what about IS IT REAL? You're wondering if it's true that you've been to another planet?

Luke Gordon aka SPACER I believe is one of the most interesting talents the new millennium can offer... and if you want to see him live, you'll have to go to a fucking club and you'll see him tinkering behind a console, ready to launch you on his personal spaceship.
