Soen is a Swedish progressive metal band formed in 2004. Their debut album Cognitive was released in 2012.

Formed with involvement from drummer Martin Lopez and vocalist Joel Ekelöf; Steve Di Giorgio played bass on the debut album Cognitive. Known for comparisons to Tool and A Perfect Circle in critical reception.
