Let's start with the sore point. This album is produced a bit like a half-assed job, and it's a pity.

The band in question originates from a Side Project of two members of Mnemic, a Danish group with a modern sound comparable to Fear Factory and Devin Townsend. Brylle Rasmussen (drums) and Michael Bogballe (practically ex-singer). The sound essentially has the same roots as the parent band but is enriched by a fundamental influence: Faith No More

To achieve a similar mix, besides being good composers and excellent musicians, you need a kick-ass singer. Since Devin Townsends, Mike Pattons, and Burton C. Bells don't grow on trees and given that M. Bogballe can sing practically only in screaming and lacks sufficient versatility, the only way to achieve the result is to hire another singer. A singer who takes care of the clean and melodic parts, in the style of Townsend's "Terria" and Patton's "Angel Dust". Thus Claus Lillelund is hired, who incredibly has a tone reminiscent of the aforementioned vocal talents.

The tracks born from noble intentions are a perfect mix of modern metal, direct, fluid, and catchy, which marked the nineties. A bit of industrial, direct cyber thrash, effective melodic anthems, very light touches of new metal and structures somewhere between crossover and the latest generation of progressive. The final result is a great powerful and melodic album. The masters have done better, but only they have. No other hopeful band has ever come close to the aforementioned influences with such remarkable results. And as I said at the beginning; if the production had been up to par, I might be talking about a great album.

For those who love grand melodic compositions, furious, powerful, and elaborate.
