Shane Black

Shane Black is an American screenwriter and director known for sharp, witty dialogue and reinventing the buddy-action template. He broke out with Lethal Weapon (1987), later penned high-profile action scripts, and made his directorial debut with Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005). He went on to direct Iron Man 3 (2013), The Nice Guys (2016), and The Predator (2018).
