Sadistic Mika Band

Japanese rock band formed by Kazuhiko Kato and Mika Fukui in the early 1970s, noted for the 1975 album Hot! Menu and for blending glam, art-rock and progressive influences.

Formed around 1972; Hot! Menu (1975) is widely praised in contemporary reviews. The band supported Roxy Music on tour and appeared on the BBC Old Grey Whistle Test performing "Suki Suki Suki".
