LA RECENSIONE

Difficult, tough, irritating, hostile, disturbing... Lacking enough points of reference, many quickly close their reviews, fleeing before being infected. You must have the courage to persist, and the delirious and distorted noise will take hold of you and your ears, finally making you participate and happy. Surrender to it, it will be a joy. This is the second work by this atypical Northern Italian band, outside the norms, the spotlight, and even rehearsal rooms (unfortunately, also from the stages, a pity, but an understandable one) that digs ever deeper into the rust of the soul to bring it to the surface, this time filtered through the distorting lenses of a work not unknown but neither typical middle school reading: "Histoire de l'œil" by Georges Bataille (for the curious: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Histoire_de_l%27%C5%93il).

Punk, electro punk, lofi, uhmm... All labels, easily peeled off to reveal something fiercely different: the urgency to communicate in a short and sharp sonic brushstroke. They are on Bandcamp (use "search," you'll find them) and there are some interesting videos on that famous site, for example, this one https://youtu.be/8mbkPx3wPF0.
