Rudi Bučar needs no introduction. Guitarist and vocalist of his band Rudi Bučar & Company, he has toured half the world after the release of his first album, Nemam Ja Pare Za Curica Moja (I Don't Have Money For My Girl).
The album sensually unfolds in a sapphire atmosphere, all seasoned with violas, acoustic guitars more seductive than ever before.
Clear classical inspirations can be heard in "Moby Dick", where the introduction is played on medieval instruments like the recorder, or a jazz-rock orientation in "Scarpette Con Le Rosette", featuring a 3 (3!) minute electric solo, masterfully performed by Rudi.
He is a wizard because his fingers bring pure magic from the Fender; capable of conveying images of desolate lands directly onto the guitar's fretboard, igniting a bit of blues, notes thrown directly at the listener. There is also a cover of Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven", shortened by 2 minutes, without Page's solo, but with just two acoustic guitars, Rudi's warm voice, and recorders.
An honor to have been able to attend his concert. Unforgettable experiences.
Recommended for lovers of ethnic music, jazz/rock/blues. Unmissable.
PS: Rudi Bučar is the one without the guitar in the photo. The guitarist is a session man.
