Roger Cicero (born Roger Marcel Ciceu) was a German jazz and swing singer, son of pianist Eugen Cicero. He blended 1940s/50s crooner influences with German lyrics and represented Germany at Eurovision 2007 with "Frauen regier'n die Welt". He died in 2016.

Born 6 July 1970. Son of the pianist Eugen Cicero (Eugen Ciceu). Member of the Bundesjugendjazzorchester early in his career and leader of the Roger Cicero Quartet. Album Männersachen (2003) highlighted his modern-retro swing style. Represented Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki with "Frauen regier'n die Welt". Died 24 March 2016.
