"Batman: Arkham City" is, in my opinion, the best superhero comic book licensed video game, which I appreciated as a fan of the comic counterpart but can also be thoroughly enjoyed by those who have never read the adventures of the Dark Knight.

The gameplay has remained almost unchanged from the first chapter with the natural addition of new gadgets and moves; the combat will always be thrilling and fun, just like the stealth sessions where you need to silently take down enemies based more on a planned tactic. The boss battles are varied, some truly spectacular, and fairly simple to complete. Speaking of graphics, they have been improved, especially the facial animations of the characters.

The game is set in Arkham City, a kind of detention area within the city of modest size and with a certain charm: in some aspects, it reminds me of the dark atmospheres of Burton's films. The characters (and especially enemies) are numerous, and from an aesthetic point of view, they are really well done. The longevity, if you also count the side missions and various puzzles to solve, is extensive and there is also a challenge mode where you have to fight hordes of enemies or complete stealth missions in the shortest time possible. To add a touch of originality to the game, there is the possibility of playing as Catwoman, with her special combat style and gadgets, in some levels.

In short, ultimately Arkham City proves to be an absolute quality title, capable of delivering hours of fun both to fans of the Dark Knight and to those who do not know him very well, so I highly recommend trying it.

This video game is the best achievement in visual and graphic fields at the moment.

The producers managed to use every single space to make it large and at the same time enjoyable to play.
