Don't strain yourself. You can't. You won't make it. Give up, you'll see it will turn out to be the best choice. Stop fighting. Don't seek strength you don't have, it won't help you. The light is fading, surrender.

We have arrived at the end of the line. Post Dubstep? Dark Ambient, always preceded by "Post"? Maybe. However, the realization is another, that of an imminent end that turns out to be a missed beginning. Raime have arrived, the rest has departed.

Forget the urban desolation of Burial, the always urban nihilism of Distance, the shadows of Kryptic Minds, or the astral journeys of Clubroot. In Raime there is none of this. But also none of anything else. The void. Total darkness. The absence of light and life. Raime's black hole has sucked everything and left nothing, remaining alone, threatening and dark, waiting for the next victim and the smallest quantity of matter in no way able to oppose it. Insatiable, the colossal dimensions of this void are ever-increasing, the advancing darkness is no longer of this world, unknown, inhuman, cold, too cold.

This is the incarnation of nothingness, the end of the dream and the beginning of the nightmare. The advancement of the awareness of the tragic events about to occur.

It was all an illusion. There is no journey, no destination, no road. We will not reach the destination because we never departed. Ahead of us: the void, behind: the void. Darkness. Profound darkness. Atrophied senses. An infinite descending spiral and an anguish that rises inversely proportional to it, the only weapon to cease it: awareness, the toughest choice and the reaching of the most frightening truth:
