THE REVIEW

It's ultra-extra-soon. It's crazily, deadly early, really super-early. In other words: it's extra-early, no more than that, mega-early, that is, giga-early, a lot ultra-early, how can I say guys, hyper-early or also: it's definitely anti-late, about nine in the morning and I still have to get up.
Blissfully curled up in my little bed, I dream my favorite dream: being on a beautiful green flowery meadow, in the sun, among the fragrant breezes of summer. A red-orange butterfly flies in, approaches me, and whispers in my ear: "Come on, let's conquer the world together, just the two of us, you and me".

After bravely getting up, I went to the pastry shop, the one where they also make coffee. "A coffee, please" I say to the pastry chef. The lady pours it for me and after observing me for a long time, she looks at me and says "Wow, young man, look, you have a butterfly splattered on your forehead!!" Damn!! So I'm still dreaming... Oh well... I get up, wash, dress, take my wallet, money, keys, cell phone, and head towards "Discoteca Laziale" to buy a CD my cousin recommended "Iperbole" by Raf. The CD came out in 2001 and the allegedly gay singer mixed five all in all catchy melodies with avant-garde lyrics that turn out to be acceptable at first but at the same time engaging with a pop and world taste that makes some songs truly irresistible like for example "Infinito", one of the most beautiful songs on the album.

I wonder if the butterfly I imagine when I hear this last song is not exactly the one from the dream asking me, a poor high school student, to conquer the world.
